Quick vegan pasta Bolognese sauce

I always have some dry soy mince and tomatojuice at my home. They come really handy if you have unexpected guests or youare just really hungry and want to make a quick and filling vegan dish. Likethis Bolognese. A really effortless yet very tasty dinner!

serves4-6 people
Preparation time: 15 minutes.

  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 2 onions
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cups / 110 g dry soy mince
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp dried thyme
  • 3 cups / 750 ml tomato juice
  • + boiled spaghetti for serving

Heat up some oil in a pan. Add chopped onions,salt and pepper. Cook for a couple of minutes until golden brown. Add choppedgarlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add soy mince, sugar, thyme and tomato juice.Simmer for 5 minutes until the soy granules are soft. Garnish with fresh basiland serve with spaghetti.
