I’ve been CRAVING fruits lately. My really big two favorites are pineapple and mango. Add some frozen bananas and light coconut milk and you will get this amazingly refreshing smoothie. Perfect on a sunny day or to lighten up a cloudy one 🙂
- 2 ripe bananas (peel, cut into coins, put the banana coins on a plate and leave it in the freezer for 2 hours)
- 1 ripe mango (peel and cut into chunks)
- half of a bigger pineapple or a whole smaller one (peel and cut into chunks)
- 200 ml light coconut milk
Mix the ingredients and blend them until smooth (I used hand blender). Serve right away. (I also added some pineapple chunks in the end).
