I always have some leftover morning porridge. I don’t like to eat cold porridge or heat it up, so I created these amazing little patties. They are super-easy and you will love them. Serve with bread or as a side of the main dish.
- 600 g oat porridge
- 1 little raw beet
- 2 big garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp (whole-wheat) flour
- your favourite seasonings (I used barbecue spice and some herbs and salt)
Add grated beet and crushed garlic cloves to the porridge along with the flour and seasonings. Mix it well. Form little patties from it and fry on both sides until crispy.
